• Another option is Marie Antoinette on Drottningtorget, again within a few minutes walk from the old town and the central station. They focus on well-executed small and medium dishes with international and Scandinavian influences that you share with your table. They are also well-known for fresh flavors, seasonal vegetable, and refined mains like entrecôte or fish. Besides their food and drinks, Marie Antoinette is famous for interior design that really stands out.

• After your trip to Möllan, you can bike or talk a walk towards Ribersborgsstranden (Ribban), Malmö’s main city beach, located just west of the center and popular for seaside walks, swimming in summer, and open views of the Öresund bridge.

• Optional visit to Kallbadhuset if you are into cold baths and sauna culture. It is a classic Malmö experience, jumping into the sea and warming up in the sauna afterward.

**1. Vollmers:** Founded in the early 1900s by Bertha Vollmer, a German immigrant, Vollmers is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, the only in Malmö. It's known for its progressive take on Nordic cuisine, highlights local ingredients from the Skåne region in the South of Sweden. In their own words, their menu depends on what is in season and "reflects (their) Skåne traditions and memories as much as (their) imagination and desire to innovate".

**2. Quan:** Located in the heart of Malmö, Quan is an Asian fusion restaurant combining Japanese, Chinese and broader East Asian cuisines with a twist. In their own words, it's "where the flavors of the Far East meet the tastes of Continental Europe". Their menu features dishes such as sashimi, tataki, Korean barbeque, and spicy shrimp tempura. Besides their food, Quan is well known for a amazing and wide selection of cocktails that ranges from smoky and spirit-forward drinks to fresh and floral. It leans heavily into Asian and Japanese influences, with bold flavors, and a clear sense of playfulness. If you're planning to visit Quan, make sure to book in advance as they are almost always fully booked.

**3. Escama:** Located in central Malmö, Escama is a Spanish gastrobar, known for its diverse tapas menu rooted in Mediterranean traditions. It offers a range of small dishes like grilled octopus, patatas bravas and tuna tartar, reflecting classic Spanish flavours. Their Entrecôte sandwich with Ruccola and Spanish Cheese is absolutely unmatched and they offer a great selection of both cocktails and mocktails. They have a lovely outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining in the summer and spring.

**4. Kontrast Ghee by the sea:** Kontrast represents Indian cuisine in Malmö, and does a outstanding job at it. It's menu is built around well-spiced curries, biryanis, and classic North Indian dishes. Their Västra Hämnen location is located directly by the sea offering a great view and an amazing outdoor dining area. If you google "Best Indian restaurants in Copenhagen", you will find answers in some reddit threads saying "Just take the train to Malmö and go to Kontrast". That's how genuinely good Kontrast is. If you're in the mood for a drink, don't skip their mango mojito. Proper Indian food, amazing drinks, and a sea view; what more does one want in life.

**5. Dockside Burgers:** Located in Dockan by the harbor, Dockside serves some of the best, if not the best, burgers in Malmö. Their fries is unmatched and their fresh cheese dip is out of this world. It's an absolute must for a Malmö trip.

**6. Osteria Di Lá:** an Italian osteria in the cozy area of Davidshall in central Malmö. Osteria Di Lá serves classic Italy dishes built with seasonal, high-quality ingredients, including fresh pastas, house-baked bread, and some of the best wood-oven pizzas Malmö has to offer. Their Desserts are an absolute highlight as well, especially the tiramisu and the Nutella pizza, which needs no further explanation.

Together, these restaurants give a clear picture of Malmö’s food scene as it really is, diverse cuisines, well-executed cooking, and places that are genuinely rooted in quality ingredients and solid craft. Even though the city is small, Malmö’s neighborhoods have completely different vibes. So, choosing the right area matters a lot depending on what you’re looking for. This guide breaks down the parts of Malmö that make sense for travelers, what each area is really like, and who they fit best. It should save you a lot of guessing. Below are the Malmö neighborhoods that are worth considering for a short-stay.

# Malmö is a lot more compact than its neighbor, Copenhagen, and a lot less intimidating too. Everything you need as a visitor probably sits around Gamla Staden, Lilla Torg (otherwise known as Lilla). Davidshall, or Möllan.

So ask her anything and she should be your champion (.. if not, we still have supernice - and "real" - people ready to assist inside normal office hours).

Pricing has been made dynamic as well, so the longer you want to stay with us, the cheaper it is and vice-versa. This should give you all the flexibility you need and it will also provide you with real time, live inventory: What you see is what you get. Det som av många ses som en lyx, att ha tillgång till diskmaskin och egen tvättmaskin, det tycker vi är standard och därför har alla Movinns lägenheter en diskmaskin, och om det finns tillräckligt med utrymme i badrummet även egen tvättmaskin. 
Det finns naturligtvis alltid också fullt utrustade tvättutrymmen i fastigheten där våra kunder kan tvätta och torka sina kläder utan extra kostnad. Samma höga nivå som vi har på våra möblerade lägenheter, håller vi även på vår service. Vårat service team finns här för att svara på dina frågor via mail eller via telefon och vi vill höra från våra hyresgäster - vi älskar nämligen våra jobb! Wi-Fi är redo när du flyttar in, bara att logga på på vårat nät, likaså platt TV.

Vi har valt att utrusta våra lägenheter med en Chromecast så att du direkt kan streama dina favoritkanaler utan problem. Och hur är det då med den berömda dyra elen? Ja, den ingår också i din månadshyra precis som städning och utflyttningsstädning. Våra lägenheter är helt enkelt den perfekta serviced lägenheten för ditt korttidsboende och/eller ditt långtidsboende.Bara att flytta in!

senaste åren och som används av både företag, försäkringsbolag och privatpersoner.

Större företag har ett ständigt behov av att attrahera kvalificerad arbetskraft från utlandet och serviced apartments är då ett mycket lämpligt steg för onboarding av dessa anställda.

Vad är en Movinn serviced apartment?

On the evening of a beautiful summer day, Movinn organised a get-together for everyone from the co-living community and the Movinn staff. The evening took place on a beautiful rooftop terrace in the centre of the Norrebro neighbourhood in Copenhagen. Laughter rang across the rooftop while people enjoyed the warm weather, the taste of tapas, soda, wine and beers and the company of like-minded people that were there to enjoy an authentic taste of social Danish hygge (a truly Danish term for Cosiness).

Walking around the rooftop you could hear conversations about everything, from life and love to work and friends. And that is exactly what we had hoped for this evening. To create a space for people to connect with each other and learn more about each other. And of course, Taking this festive night as an opportunity to let loose, a little bit of dancing was a part of the table.

A big part of Movinn is being a part of one big happy family. Whether you are old or young, Danish or foreign, a coworker or a Co-liver, Movinn will treat you like a part of the family, and events like these allow us to enjoy this to the fullest.
