About South Harbour
The South Harbour or Sydhavn (in Danish) used to be one of the main industrial ports in Copenhagen. In recent years the waterfront has been gracefully developed, making the area one of the most scenic, peaceful and high-end neighbourhoods in Copenhagen. In Sydhavn the water canals carve its way through the modern properties. It is a city within the city – a true oasis with cafes, grocery-shopping, schools and daycare-centres right at hand.
