Cancellation Policy: This reservation is non-refundable

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of accommodation, length of stay and rate selected.
On short term accommodation, cancellations made seven (7) calendar days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
On long term accommodation, cancellations made fourteen (14) calendar days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund.
On short term accommodation, cancellations made one (1) to six (6) days before the arrival day, is subject to a 50% refund.
On short term accommodation, cancellations made on the day of arrival or after arrival are non-refundable.

After completing your booking, you will be asked to validate your government issued ID and you will be provided with an agreement ready for digital signature.

Initial Payment

Initial payment is due before moving in. You will receive payment details in due time.

Welcome home & enjoy

Hurray, you are all set! A booking confirmation email will be automatically sent to you after all the required steps are completed. Also a welcome letter with instructions will be automatically sent to your email before arriving.

Ongoing payments

Payments are visible in your invoice, but monthly payments are due on the first bank day of every month.

Move out & deposit refund

When your stay is coming to an end, you will receive instructions on how to vacate your apartment properly. If there are no damages or defaults or unsettled payments, the deposit is returned in full. The process can take up to four weeks.
